This is a photograph of Mr. Said Abdulallah Amer al Anqoudi holding a coffeepot with one hand and a cup with the other, on the floor next to him is a plate of fruits to offer guests. Omanis take hospitality seriously and always offer some of what they have of dates and fruits as a minimum. He is one of Nizwa’s locals who works as a guard for Wali Nizwa, and he also guarded Al Qarn tower. He passed away on the 10th of November, 2016, may he rest in peace.
