These young boys were in a traditional school to teach the holy Quran who then went on to complete regular modern schooling. They have been identified over 50 years later: From the left to right: Said Mohamed Rashid Al Abri, Salim Musallam Sulaim Al Abri, Sulaiman Salim Sulaim Al Hashmi, Salim Hamed Eid AL Hashmi, not recognized and Rashid Abdulallah Dhuha Al Riyami is the last one to the left with the big smile and salute.
